By visiting the Jesioo website or Jesioo App, viewing, accessing or otherwise using any of the services or information created, collected, compiled or submitted to Jesioo, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms of Use, your only option is not to visit, view or otherwise use the services of Jesioo. You understand, agree and acknowledge that these Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jesioo and that your use of Jesioo shall indicate your acceptance of the Terms of Use.
You agree and acknowledge that Jesioo is entitled to modify, improve or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion and without notice to you even if it may result in you being prevented from accessing any information contained in the Jesioo website or Jesioo App. Furthermore, you agree and acknowledge that Jesioo is entitled to provide services to you through subsidiaries or affiliated companies.
You acknowledge and agree that the Jesioo website and Jesioo App may contain proprietary and confidential information including trademarks, service marks, designs and patents protected by intellectual property laws and international intellectual property treaties. Jesioo authorizes you to view and make a single copy of portions of its content for offline, personal, non-commercial use. Our content may not be sold, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission, which may be withheld at our sole discretion. Any third-party trademarks, service marks and logos are the property of their respective owners. Any further rights not specifically granted herein are reserved.
When you submit content to Jesioo you simultaneously grant Jesioo an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to publish, display, modify, distribute and syndicate your content worldwide. You confirm and warrant that you have the required authority to grant the above license to Jesioo.
The Terms of Use will continue to apply in perpetuity until terminated by Jesioo without notice at any time and for any reason. Terms by their nature that are to continue in perpetuity shall be unaffected by any termination.
You understand and agree that your use of the Jesioo website and Jesioo App is entirely at your own risk and that our services are provided "As Is" and "As Available". Jesioo does not make any express or implied warranties, endorsements or representations whatsoever as to the operation of the Jesioo website, Jesioo App, information, content, materials, or products. This shall include, but not be limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and warranties that access to or use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected.
You understand and agree that Jesioo and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This shall include, but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, loss of programs or information or other intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service, or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. The above limitation shall apply whether or not Jesioo has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, the liability of Jesioo is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Jesioo may include hyperlinks to third-party content, advertising or websites. You acknowledge and agree that Jesioo is not responsible for and does not endorse any advertising, products or resource available from such resources or websites.
You agree that all matters relating to the Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, irrespective of any choice-of-law principle. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Use, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The law of this arbitration clause shall be the laws of Singapore. The seat of arbitration shall be in Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.
If you are a resident of the United States, you and we agree to binding individual arbitration and not to sue in court in front of a judge or jury. Class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, private attorney-general actions, requests for public injunctions, and any other proceeding or request for relief where someone acts in a representative capacity aren't allowed. Nor is combining individual proceedings without the consent of all parties.
You understand and agree that the Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Jesioo. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material.
Jesioo reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to the Terms of Use will become effective on the date they are posted on the Jesioo website or Jesioo App and your continued use of the Jesioo website or Jesioo App after any changes will signify your agreement to be bound by such new terms and conditions.
Please do not dispose of old electrical waste with your general household waste, as it is unlikely to be recycled and will generally end up in a landfill or be incinerated. Jesioo cooperates with authorized recycling organizations that undertake recycling in lieu of manufacturers to ensure Jesioo WEEE materials and/or products are recycled in a manner that complies with the WEEE directive or related legislation and regulations.
Jesioo passes the obligation and responsibilities of disposal of all our products onto our customers.
